License requests are handled 24 hours per day, seven days per week, with keys issued instantaneously by e-mail when users provide adequate identifying information. Users may request keys online for new installations, or to replace an old key when moving to a new computer and reinstalling.
To request a license key, you or your end users may visit our licensing site and submit their identifying information:
- Registered user’s name and e-mail address
- Order number (yours or ours)
- Installation code (generated when the software is installed)
If your users are running OnePager Pro or Express version 5.1 or later, they can simply go to Help > Get Standard License and click on the Request Key button to prepopulate much of this information directly onto our website.
When users are unable to provide sufficient identifying information, our support team will be happy to process license requests manually during normal business hours.
