We’ve gotten a lot of questions over the last week about how OnePager plans to accommodate licenses for users that need to work remotely due to COVID-19.
If you are using the same computer that you use at work, then you should not experience any interruption as most users’ licenses do not require network connectivity or a VPN to remain active. If your company has an enterprise license that was activated on a server behind your firewall, it should also continue to remain active on that device.
If you normally work on a desktop at work and have taken a different laptop home, or plan to work on your home computer instead, no problem. Any currently-licensed user with an active maintenance subscription is welcome to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line “WFH License Key” and we will provide you with a courtesy 60-day key for use on your home device so that you don’t need to worry about transferring a license, only to transfer it back to work once things return to normal. Due to the large volume of requests, please allow one business day for us to respond with your temporary key.
