We’re excited to announce that the US Patent and Trademark Office has recently issued OnePager a second patent on its conditional formatting technology.
If you’ve used OnePager for a while, but haven’t taken advantage of conditional formatting yet, now is a great time to explore it and see how it can help make your project timelines and Gantt charts more accurate while saving you the trouble of doing manual point-and-click edits.
Conditional formatting makes use of the data that you already have in your project schedule to automatically assign colors, shapes, borders, and more to the shapes in your project report. Here are a few examples of how our users leverage conditional formatting to make use of their project data instead of formatting their timelines by hand:
If you live or work in Colorado, we invite you to join us next week at the 2019 Rocky Mountain Project Management Symposium, presented by the PMI Mile Hi Chapter. OnePager is a gold sponsor of the event, next Friday, April 19th at the Colorado Convention Center in downtown Denver.
OnePager will be located in Booth #2, so please stop by and introduce yourself!
Our GA (Generally Available) release date is TBD, but we’ll be working diligently until that point, to find and resolve any issues that pop up during the beta, as delivering quality software to our current and future users is of the utmost important to us.
As a part of the EU’s new privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), OnePager is taking certain steps to update its communications processes.
If you are a customer that we have identified as being based in the EU, or if we could not positively verify your country of origin, you will no longer receive our monthly OnePager newsletter or any educational e-mails as of May 25th. You will continue to receive account-related e-mails such as license keys, support information, and renewal notices. Continue reading →
If you’ve had a hard time convincing your colleagues that training would be beneficial, but you know it will be, this is definitely for you. Even a seasoned user will have several “aha moments” within the first 20 minutes.
We’ll be adding classes over time, so if the schedule doesn’t meet your needs, send a note to email@example.com or just take a fresh look now and again.
We recently updated our recorded demonstration to include the features and controls in our latest version, 6.0. If you have folks in your organization who are interested in OnePager, this is one of the best ways to do that:
If you’d prefer to have us show up to a team meeting and give a private live demonstration, please let us know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. We’d be happy to accommodate that.
Have other videos that you wish we’d create? Please send us your ideas and we’ll get on it!
