GDPR and OnePager Communications

As a part of the EU’s new privacy law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), OnePager is taking certain steps to update its communications processes.

If you are a customer that we have identified as being based in the EU, or if we could not positively verify your country of origin, you will no longer receive our monthly OnePager newsletter or any educational e-mails as of May 25th. You will continue to receive account-related e-mails such as license keys, support information, and renewal notices.

If you are an EU customer and would like to continue to receive either the monthly newsletter or the weekly educational series, please send an e-mail noting your interest to [email protected] and we’ll be sure to opt you back in.

If you are an EU customer and are currently subscribed to our blog, the notifications regarding our weekly posts from Google Feedburner will continue, since you have already double-opted-in to these.

If you are located outside the EU, but stop hearing from us after May 25th, it’s possible that we weren’t able to verify your country of origin and opted you out. Feel free to ping [email protected] to double-check your subscription status if you haven’t heard from us.

Here at OnePager, we value your privacy and also want to make sure that you are kept up-to-date with the information that you find useful.
