OnePager Case Study: Merck

Our most recent case study outlines how a certain team at Merck has leveraged OnePager to improve their plan communications.

The pharmaceutical industry makes up our largest population of users. While we didn’t specifically plan for that, it’s actually not surprising.

One of the strengths of our OnePager application is its ability to automatically display a portfolio of initiatives that follow a particular pattern. Generally, regardless of where a┬ádrug might be in within the development and approval pipeline, it tends to follow a very specific series of tasks and milestones, all mandated and controlled by a country’s regulatory requirements.

Those specific milestones can be programmatically displayed in a specific way (e.g., “Milestone 1” is always a blue star), and then grouped automatically into rows, which are stacked by project or initiative.
