If you don't already have OnePager, click the button above to download a free trial. Then, follow these instructions to get started:

  1. Start with a simple project in P4W (Project for the web), where we several phases, each with multiple sub-tasks:

  2. To build your Gantt chart, launch OnePager using either the desktop icon or Windows Start menu:

  3. On the OnePager start screen, choose New to start building a new P4W Gantt chart:

  4. From the import wizard, go to Select > BROWSE Project for the Web:

    Browse Project for the Web (P4W) projects from OnePager.

    If this is your first time using OnePager with Project for the web, OnePager will prompt you to log into your P4W account.

  5. Once connected to Project for the web, OnePager will display a list of all of your available projects. Select one and click OK:

  6. When you return to the import wizard, chose the Select individual tasks to import option:

  7. On the selection screen, decide which tasks you would like to include in your Gantt chart by checking the box next to the ones you would like to import:

  8. To finish the import from P4W, click Create New Chart:
