Sometimes when launching OnePager, you'll get an error message like this:
- Unable to fix data problem in Movies
- Unable to fix data problem in SnapshotEvents
- Unable to fix data problem in BaseEvents
These and other similar messages indicate that the temporary data file that OnePager uses is no longer working correctly, usually because Microsoft Project or Excel has previously crashed and corrupted it.
Don't worry. There is nothing wrong with your OnePager files themselves; only the temporary data file that we use when your files are open.
The message also states either "To clear the problem, exit Microsoft Project and then restart it." or "To clear the problem, exit Excel and then restart it."
In some cases, restarting OnePager and Project or Excel will resolve this issue. When it doesn't, it's a good idea to uninstall OnePager and then reinstall it. This will replace all of OnePager's system files with fresh copies without touching any of your actual OnePager files.
