If Microsoft Office (Excel or Project) has been switched from 32-bit to 64-bit, you'll need to reinstall OnePager to match your new version of Office. Here's now:
Close OnePager and all running instances of Office (e.g. Excel, Project, Outlook, etc.)
Uninstall OnePager. This won't remove any of your charts, but it will remove the 32-bit version of OnePager that no longer works with your new 64-bit version of Office. You cannot install 64-bit OnePager when 32-bit OnePager is still installed, so it is mandatory that you uninstall the 32-bit version first.
Reinstall OnePager. If you already have your installer handy, you can re-use it. If you don't, you can request a replacement download. Either way, during the reinstallation, OnePager will be smart enough to identify that you have 64-bit Office and reinstall itself to match automatically, without you needing to specifically request a 64-bit installer.
- Re-launch OnePager. You should not need to re-key your software, as the license keys for 32-bit and 64-bit are the same.
