Importing a Wrike project directly into OnePager

  1. Begin with your project in Wrike in the Table view:

    Wrike project

  2. Unless your Wrike project is really small, you probably want to pick and choose which tasks to include in your OnePager chart. To do this, in the Table view, click on the Gear Icon. If there is already a Custom field called OnePager in your account, enable it:

    Customize the Wrike field display.

If there isn't already a custom field called OnePager, click on Manage custom fields instead, and choose the Add field option. Add a new Checkbox field called OnePager:

Create a custom checkbox field for OnePager in Wrike

When creating a new checkbox field for OnePager, we recommend leaving the Belongs to entire account setting in place. This way, the field will be available for all of your projects without you needing to create it each time.

  3. Once the OnePager field is present, check the box next to any tasks that you'd like to import from Wrike into your OnePager chart:

  4. Next, launch OnePager Bundle from your desktop. On the start screen, click New.

  5. On the import wizard, click on Select > BROWSE Wrike...

    Browse Wrike projects in OnePager

  6. If this is your first time using OnePager with Wrike, Wrike will prompt you to log into your account, using either your username and password, or using Google, Apple, or Office authentication:

    Log into Wrike from OnePager

If you're on a trusted device and trusted network, you can permit OnePager to save your credentials so that you do not have to sign in again in the future.

  7. Once connected, OnePager will display a list of all of the projects in your Wrike account. Click on the one that you would like to import, or hold down the Ctrl key while you are selecting if you would like to import multiple projects from Wrike at once. Click OK once you have finished making your selections.

  8. Back on the import wizard, give your Gantt chart a name, and make sure that you are filtering based on the OnePager custom checkbox field from Wrike:

  9. Finally, click the Create New Chart button, and OnePager will complete the import from Wrike to create a Gantt chart like this:
