Importing Planisware Custom Attributes

Organizations may use any number of custom attributes (custom fields) of Planisware activities in their OnePager charts. However, because of the large number of custom attributes typically present in a Planisware instance, administrators need to determine which attributes should be available to end users. To do this:

  1. In Planisware, go to Administration > Data > Manage object types:

  2. Open the L1_OBJECTS object type by double-clicking on it. If it doesn't exist, create it by clicking the New button.

  3. Toggle the Displayed in the configuration page? checkbox, and restrict rights to highest level administrators:

  4. Go to Administration > Configuration > L1 Objects and create a new Boolean attribute named UA_B_INCLUDE_FOR_ONEPAGER. Label it Include attribute for OnePager API, and then save your work:

  5. Now, locate the user attributes that you would like have visible to OnePager. Check the box next to each attribute that you would like to include:
