Organizations may use any number of custom attributes (custom fields) of Planisware activities in their OnePager charts. However, because of the large number of custom attributes typically present in a Planisware instance, administrators need to determine which attributes should be available to end users. To do this:
In Planisware, go to Administration > Data > Manage object types:
- Open the L1_OBJECTS object type by double-clicking on it. If it doesn't exist, create it by clicking the New button.
Toggle the Displayed in the configuration page? checkbox, and restrict rights to highest level administrators:
Go to Administration > Configuration > L1 Objects and create a new Boolean attribute named UA_B_INCLUDE_FOR_ONEPAGER. Label it Include attribute for OnePager API, and then save your work:

Now, locate the user attributes that you would like have visible to OnePager. Check the box next to each attribute that you would like to include:
