The following instructions walk you through how to make sure that OnePager Express is correctly installed in Windows XP. If you are using a later version of Windows, please read Verifying Installation of OnePager Express instead.
- In Windows XP, go to Start->Control Panel and click on the Add or Remove Programs icon:
- Scoll down to see if OnePager Express is installed. If OnePager Express appears on the list, it has been successfully installed:
If your IT support team tells you that they are sure they have installed the software, but it doesn't appear in the window above, it is probably because they installed it per user, but not in your Windows account. To solve this problem, ask your IT team to:
- Uninstall and then reinstall the software on a per-machine basis ("for everyone"); OR
- Reinstall the software in your Windows account
