The following instructions walk you through how to make sure that OnePager Express is correctly installed in Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10, or Windows 11. If you are using an earlier version of Windows, please read Verifying Installation of OnePager Express in Windows XP instead.
- Windows Vista or Windows 7: Go to Start->Control Panel and click on the Programs and Features option.
Windows 8: Go to Settings->Control Panel->Programs, before clicking on Programs and Features.
Windows 10 or Windows 11: Go to Settings->System->Apps & Features:
- Scroll down to see if OnePager Express is installed. If OnePager Express appears on the list, it has been successfully installed:
If your IT support team tells you that they are sure they have installed the software, but it doesn't appear in the window above, it is probably because they installed it per user, but not in your Windows account. To solve this problem, ask your IT team to:
- Uninstall and then reinstall the software on a per-machine basis ("for everyone"); OR
- Reinstall the software in your Windows account
