What to do when an error/warning message appears

From time to time, an error message may appear in OnePager. We apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. Most of the time, these messages can be ignored, and you will be able to continue to use OnePager without any further issues.

Many error messages are caused because Microsoft Project or Excel is in a bad state. These messages can usually be resolved by restarting Project or Excel (and OnePager along with it).

If an error message appears again after you re-start Project or Excel, we would like to know about it so that we can help you get past it. Please copy the text of the error message into an e-mail to support@chroniclegraphics.com, and someone from our support team will be in touch with you regarding next steps.
