Adjusting the date range (time axis) of a OnePager project view

The first time you create a OnePager chart, it will automatically calculate the date range of your report based on the tasks and milestones you imported. However, you can always adjust the start and finish dates of your timeline:

  1. Go to the Home tab and click on the Project View Properties button.
  2. Navigate to the Main tab.
  3. Change the Start and End dates of your OnePager chart as shown below:
  4. Click OK and your chart will adjust to the new date range you just specified.

Automatic date adjustments

When you update your chart in the future, OnePager will automatically detect tasks and milestones that fall outside of the date range, and will ask you if you would like to modify the dates to include them. You can, however, give OnePager more specific instructions as to whether such date adjustments are necessary.

  1. Go to the Home tab and click on the Project View Properties button.
  2. Click on the Advanced tab.
  3. At the bottom of the form, you will see an Auto-adjust timeline setting. This setting will allow you to specify whether OnePager should automatically adjust the timeline to fit your milestones, should never do so, or should continue to prompt you each time:
