Site-wide license keys are designed to activate silently and automatically from inside your corporate firewall. However, in rare cases where a site-wide license key does not activate, it is for one of two reasons:
- The end user was not connected to the corporate network at the time of activation. Connectivity to the corporate network is required for OnePager to contact your internal licensing server for activation. Site-wide license keys will not activate from outside your corporate firewall.
- Your internal licensing server was non-responsive, possibly because it was temporarily offline or because its IP address has changed.
We recommend contacting your IT department to ensure that your internal licensing server is operational and can be consistently pinged from inside your corporate firewall.
