OnePager Add-in is Disabled by System Administrator

In some cases, system administrators disable all add-ins at the group policy level. You can determine if your group policy settings have disabled add-ins, by going to File > Options > Add-Ins in Project or Excel, and clicking the Go button next to the "COM Add-Ins" dropdown:

Once the COM Add-Ins screen appears, click on OnePager, and look at the Load Behavior status at the bottom:

If your group policy settings has disabled add-ins in general, you will see a message that says "The add-in you have selected is disabled by your system administrator."

Microsoft provides detailed instructions on how to re-enable add-ins via the registry if they have previously been disabled by group policy settings. Please contact your system administrator to determine whether you should make these registry settings on your own, or whether they should do it for you.

To unblock OnePager, you will need to know our ProgID:

OnePager Pro Add-In for Project ProgID: CG_MSP_Addin.OnePager
OnePager Express Add-In for Excel ProgID: CG_XL_Addin.OnePagerXL
OnePager Bundle Add-in for Project ProgID: CG_MSP_Addin.OnePagerBundle
OnePager Bundle Add-In for Excel ProgID: CG_XL_Addin.OnePagerBundle

If you or your system administrator need assistance making these changes, please feel free to contact our support team.
