OnePager Bundle 7.2 supports a direct import from Wrike. Here's how it works:
-
Sign into Wrike, open your project, and switch to the Table view:
-
To select which tasks from Wrike to include in your OnePager chart, go to the Table view, and click on the Gear Icon. If there is already a Custom field for OnePager in your account, turn it on:
If you don't see the OnePager field, click on Manage custom fields, and choose the Add field option. Add a new custom field with a Type of Checkbox field, and name it OnePager, like this:
We recommend leaving the Belongs to entire account setting in place so that the OnePager field will be accessible by all projects in your account, not just your current project.
-
Once you see the OnePager field in your project, select all of the tasks from Wrike that you'd like to include in your OnePager chart:
-
Next, launch OnePager Bundle from your desktop. On the start screen, click New.
-
On the import wizard, click on Select > BROWSE Wrike...
-
The first time that you connect OnePager to Wrike, you will need to sign into your account. You can connect using a username and password, or any of the other authenticaion methods that Wrike supports:
You can also choose to save your credentials so that you don't need to log in again in the future, but should only do this on trusted networks and trusted devices.
-
Once you are connected to Wrike, OnePager will display a list of all of the projects in your account. Click on the one that you would like to import, or hold down the Ctrl key while clicking to select multiple projects for import. Click OK as soon as you have selected the project(s) from Wrike that you want to import.
-
Now, give your chart a name, and make sure that you are selecting tasks from Wrike based on the OnePager custom checkbox field:
-
Click the Create New Chart button, and OnePager will import your selected tasks from Wrike to create a Gantt chart like this:
