Construction Project Portfolio Features

The Construction Project Portfolio features:

  • Major phases and key milestones for each project lined up left-to-right in a row to show the sequence of high-level construction activities.
  • Assignment of a standard color to each phase, with a legend in the lower-right for concise and consistent readability.
  • Grouping of projects into a swimlane for each project manager, making it easy to see who is managing what.
  • Text columns that provide details on each project site, designer or architect, and general contractor.
  • Stretching of the current quarter to zoom in on near-term activities, making them the focus of planning discussions.

This Construction Project Portfolio was created using OnePager Express, a project portfolio reporting application that uses data imported from any data source, including Primavera P6 and Excel.
